Toscana Rosato IGT

Persimo is a very typical rose wine, 100% Sangiovese grapes. It is the pink version of our purity Sangiovese, Vigna del Conte. Very good matching with appetizers, soups, seafood, white meat and pizza.

Visual: Crystal clear. Light antique rose colour, good texture.
Olfactory: Soft fruity and floral scent, light minerality.
Flavour: Delicate, fruity, and fresh, with nice acidity and medium body.
