In recent years, many of our wines have gradually entered the most valuable segment, scoring 90-100 out of a hundred. This time, it is the turn of our Chianti Sasso Bisciaio DOCG which, by obtaining the "gold" medal at London Competitions 2023, becomes our "Golden Stone”, a golden Chianti! It is with immense pride that we announce a double gold medal won by our two purity wines, Malvasia Nera and Canaiolo, at London Wine Competition 2022. Both Malvasia Nera IGT Toscana Rosso 2018 and “Canaiolo” Toscana Canaiolo Nero IGT 2019 managed to place themselves in the “gold” segment. In other words, they achieved a score of 90 out of 100, or higher. On Sunday September 19, for the second event of I Giorni del Vino 2021 (Wineries open to visit), Tenuta la Pineta will host an emotional Picnic Brunch inside its main vineyard. Furthermore, the winery will be open all day, providing the opportunity to visit its spaces and taste its wines. In the last days, we have received many calls from people who were upset about the weather and we had our own doubts for the vineyard lunch of May 30.
