Produced by 100% Canaiolo Nero grapes, a unique medium texture wine. This wine can match with many kinds of food, preferably avoiding strong flavors. At Tenuta la Pineta, we decided to produce a purity Canaiolo to celabrate the fruitiness and elegance of this peculiar variety.
Visual: Clear. red, intense ruby/garnet colour.
Olfactory: Intense and complex. Cherry and other wild berries in general, and good flore scent on a spicy background.
Flavour: Fruity and warm with nice acidity. Quit deep and persistent.
